Our fees
Our fee structure is simple. If you don’t earn, we don’t either.
We charge a flat percentage of the nightly rate, between 18% and 20% including GST. The rate depends on your property’s quality and how many properties you have under our care.
Cleaning is paid for by guests after each stay. There are no surprise charges and no confusing conditions. Just a clear, performance-based partnership.
