Sepal Select is our way of recognising the guests who choose to stay with us again. It’s a two-tier loyalty program, offered exclusively to returning guests, designed to make each stay feel even more personal. If you’ve booked with Sepal Stays before, you’re already on your way to becoming a Select Member.
Tier 1
Sepal Select Guest
After your first stay, you’ll be invited to join as a Sepal Select Guest.
This tier includes:
- Complimentary early check-in or late check-out (2 hours, valued at $50 - subject to availability)
- 5% off your nightly rate when booking direct
Tier 2
Sepal Select Key Holder
Once you’ve stayed with us twice, we’ll invite you to become a Key Holder — our premium guest tier.
As a Key Holder, you’ll receive:
- A curated Sepal Stays Key Pack waiting for you in your property
- Complimentary early check-in and late check-out (2 hours each, subject to availability)
- All Sepal Select Guest benefits

How do I join Sepal Select?
It’s an invite only membership form. Once you’ve completed your first stay with us, we’ll send you an invitation to access Select Guest benefits.
When do I become a Key Holder?
After your second completed stay, we’ll automatically upgrade you to Sepal Select Key Holder status and let you know before your next booking.
How do I access early check-in or late check-out?
These benefits are subject to availability and must be confirmed at time of booking. Just let us know your preference and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
